I look for constraints everyone treats as laws of nature, then check whether they actually are. Usually they're just old decisions. I focus where legacy systems are cracking: health, water, education, work. I prefer to show up early, when action precedes certainty.
Right now, I'm building AI that humanizes healthcare.
